Installation Instructions
- click the Download button below, and save the ZIP file to your computer
- extract the ZIP file contents by right-clicking on the ZIP file
- double-click on ExchangerOptimizer.exe to run the program
What's New
Pressure Vessels
- Added new pressure vessel type: Drum. This is used to model single diameter horizontal and vertical vessels.
- Added new pressure vessel type: Column. This is used to model distillation towers.
- Added static head pressure calculations for cylinders, cones, and heads.
- Added option for variable shell thickness.
- Added ability to estimate weight and cost for trayed sections and packed beds.
Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers
- Added new ability model kettle reboilers constructed with ellipical heads instead of cones. This configuration is commonly used for LNG services.
- New ability to model double tubesheets
